Dr. Natasha G. Lyles received her degree of Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, in 2009. Previously, Dr. Lyles attended Freed Hardeman University and graduated from Murray State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Biology. 

Since receiving her diploma from Marshall County High School in 2000, Dr. Lyles, a Lady Marshall throughout her high school basketball career, looks to the bedrock of her foundation in Marshall County to further grow her roots. She developed a passion for serving communities in Western Kentucky throughout her professional career with many of the area’s established optometrists and ophthalmologists. Additionally, Dr. Lyles is an eye care provider for the Kentucky Department of Corrections.

She and her husband Dr. Aaron Lyles, currently reside in Marshall County with their three beautiful children. She and her family are active members of the Benton Church of Christ.
